I have recently purchased some Vitax lawn weedkiller and some fertilizer. Nowhere on either packet does it say whether you can apply them at the same time.

I presume you can as this is what the lawn treatment firms do?

You are not meant to mix any pesticide/fertiliser products unless the tank mix is approved, in which case it will be on the label. To help you, let me know the products and I will tell you if in my opinion whether the active ingredients are compatible. If there is ANY Iron in the dertiliser, mix Nothing with it as it will turn into a snotty mess in the sprayer!

What I meant to say is can you apply one and then the other in the same day not as a mixture. I would use a watering can for the weedkiller and a handspreader for the fertiliser The weedkiller is Vitax and the fertiliser is Nutragreen micro. I wont be using a sprayer.

Apply the fertiliser first then the selective. Do not mow three days before or after.
